To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password. You must not provide false information or impersonate any other person. 77joya reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time.
Each player may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 77joya reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit all bonus balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

77joya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where suspicious activity is detected, 77joya reserves the right to freeze Account balances, delay withdrawal processing, request additional documentation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Important: 77joya will never charge a fee on withdrawals processed to local mobile wallets such as bKash or Nagad. Any fees imposed by the payment provider itself are outside 77joya's control and are the responsibility of the player.
77joya offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST). Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms applicable to any bonus before opting in.
Bonuses credited to your Account may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money funds. Wagers placed on certain game categories — such as low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. 77joya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances.
All casino games available on the 77joya Platform are supplied by audited third-party Game Providers. Game outcomes for digital titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, or dice — operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. 77joya does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on the game server, the server record shall be definitive. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, browser crashes, or rendering errors — do not constitute grounds for the cancellation of a settled wager. Where a game round is interrupted before settlement, the Platform will attempt to complete the round automatically upon reconnection.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before each round. Placing a stake exceeding the maximum permitted limit may result in the wager being voided and the stake returned without winnings.
The 77joya sportsbook accepts wagers on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets as listed on the Platform. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are accurate at the time of display. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager.
Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled by the player except where an obvious error in pricing is determined by 77joya. In the case of event cancellation or abandonment, bets on that event will be void and stakes returned unless a minimum number of overs or playing time — as specified in the individual sport's betting rules — has been completed. Match suspension, rescheduling, or venue change does not automatically render a bet void.
In-play (live) betting markets are updated in real time. 77joya reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly in response to breaking match events. Bets placed on a suspended market will not be accepted.

The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, temporary time-out periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77joya Platform:
77joya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request; receipt of a chargebacks or disputed payment claims; or as required by any applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the player's Real Money Balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be released and the Account reinstated or closed at the player's preference. If a material breach is confirmed, 77joya reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and withhold Real Money Balance to the extent required to cover any outstanding obligations or losses caused by the player's conduct.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the 77joya support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations are in place.
The 77joya Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77joya takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous Platform availability and the accuracy of game outcomes and odds, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77joya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: use of or inability to use the Platform; reliance on any information displayed on the Platform; loss of data; technical failures, interruptions, or connectivity issues; or the conduct of third-party Game Providers. 77joya's liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 77joya's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on the 77joya Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and betting tools — is the intellectual property of 77joya or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 77joya.
77joya collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 77joya uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. Your account password is stored in hashed form and is not accessible to 77joya staff. 77joya will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
77joya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are made, the updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 77joya will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the Platform or by the email or mobile number associated with their Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
